A:One way to overtire yourself is to do too much too soon, without giving your body a chance to gear up. The easiest way to start increasing your energy is by stretching first thing in the morning, then going for a 20-minute walk, then stretching again. This short bout of exercise sets the tone for the rest of your day,

and you’ll find that things go better. Your energy levels will improve because you’ll be moving more smoothly and efficiently all day long.
